Contact Jennifer Burchill
Jennifer is a passionate family historian and writer, dedicated to preserving and sharing the stories that shape our lives. From a young age, she was captivated by biographies and the rich tapestry of family narratives, often finding herself at the center of family gatherings, listening intently and asking questions that would later fuel her calling.
With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Master's in Written Communication, Jennifer has honed her skills in storytelling and documentation. Her academic background, combined with her natural curiosity about people, has positioned her uniquely in the field of family legacy preservation.
Jenn's journey is deeply personal, rooted in cherished memories of her grandparents - particularly her Grandma, Grandmommy, and Poppa - and the loving, laughter-filled childhood provided by her parents. As time passes, she recognizes the urgency in capturing these fading memories, not just for herself but for her two children and niece and nephews.
As a mother, writer, and memory keeper, Jennifer balances her professional life as a program manager & her family life with her mission to help others reflect on and document their own stories. She understands that every quirk, tradition, and shared moment contributes to the unique tapestry of a family's history.
When not writing or learning about others' stories, Jennifer finds joy in spending time with friends and family, reading, yoga, 80s music and movies, and cuddling with her mischievous dog Ginger. She believes that every life story deserves to be told and remembered.
